Brentview Investment Management, LLC has taken an equity stake in Charles Fish Investments, Inc. (CFI). Based in Irvine California and founded in 1984, Charles Fish is an investment advisor focused on active municipal bond management. CFI has managed tailored municipal bond portfolios for wealthy individuals, foundations, endowments, and financial institutions. Founder, Charles “Skip” Fish will remain with the firm and said “We consider ourselves very fortunate indeed. After an exhaustive 14 month search, we have
found a partner whose skills, industry knowledge, and commitment to clients’ best interest matches our own.” While both Brentview and Charles Fish share conservative investment philosophies, each company will maintain their current structures and continue to operate independently. “Our past experience has shown that clients have combined our dividend growth portfolio with municipal bonds; this investment in CFI is a perfect complement to our equity strategy.
